Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or any creation of derivative works from Cotton Stitch Designs, not in compliance with these terms, constitutes a violation of applicable copyright laws. Cotton Stitch Designs reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property to the fullest extent of the law.

THE FOLLOWING USES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
・Designs may not be sold on items for sale on Amazon, Alibaba, Aliexpress, Shein, and similar marketplaces and is strictly forbidden.
・Designs may not be traced, altered, modified, or converted to create derivative works or claimed as your own.
・Designs may not be be sold, traded, shared, copied, or gifted.
・Designs may not be converted for PNG clip art, sublimation, heat transfers, screen printing, vector use, or any other method that reproduces the image of my original artwork.
・Designs may not be copyrighted or trademarked. All copyrights and ownership of the design files remain with Cotton Stitch Designs, with all rights reserved.
