Copyright & Intellectual Property

All embroidery designs, artwork, graphics, and digital files available from Cotton Stitch Designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Cotton Stitch Designs and are protected by the United States Copyright Act (Title 17, U.S. Code) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

All copyrights, ownership rights, and intellectual property remain exclusively with Cotton Stitch Designs.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. Cotton Stitch Designs reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prohibited Uses

To protect the integrity of our artwork and licensing program, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Listing, selling, or distributing products incorporating Cotton Stitch Designs artwork on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, SHEIN, Alibaba, AliExpress, or similar mass-market online marketplaces.
• Selling, sharing, copying, trading, lending, gifting, emailing, uploading, or otherwise distributing any digital embroidery files.
• Tracing, redrawing, altering, modifying, recreating, or otherwise creating derivative works from any Cotton Stitch Designs artwork or embroidery design.
• Claiming any Cotton Stitch Designs artwork or embroidery design as your own.
• Converting our artwork into PNG files, clip art, SVG files, vector artwork, sublimation designs, DTF transfers, heat transfers, screen-printing artwork, laser-cut files, AI training datasets, or any other format or process intended to reproduce or extract the original artwork.
• Using any Cotton Stitch Designs artwork to create digital products of any kind.
• Registering or attempting to register any Cotton Stitch Designs artwork or designs for copyright, trademark, design patent, or any other intellectual property protection.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any design from Cotton Stitch Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Copyright & Usage Policy.
