Commercial License - 400 to 999 Items

This listing grants a Limited Commercial License for one embroidery design, allowing you to:

• Produce and sell 400-999 finished physical items, or
• Have the design stitched, manufactured, or produced by a third party, including contract manufacturers, production partners, fulfillment companies, wholesale suppliers, or overseas manufacturers.

If you plan to produce more than 999 finished physical items, an additional Commercial License is required. Please message for more details. 

Please Note:

• This license must be purchased in addition to the embroidery design file.
• A separate Commercial License is required for each embroidery design.
• Commercial Licenses are issued on a per-design, per-business basis and are non-transferable.
• Purchasing this license grants additional production rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
• If a third party produces finished products on your behalf, you are responsible for ensuring the appropriate Commercial License has been obtained. This responsibility remains with you regardless of any representations, assurances, or licensing claims made by a supplier, manufacturer, production partner, or other third party.
