Commercial License - 50 to 99 Items

Thank you for choosing Cotton Stitch Designs! We’re honored to have our design as part of your commercial production.

This listing grants a Limited Commercial License allowing you to manufacture 50 to 99 finished items of a single design, OR to have the design stitched, produced, or manufactured by a third party on your behalf regardless of the number of times produced (including contract manufacturers and bulk preorders) even if fewer than 50 items are made. If you plan to produce more than 99 items, an additional license will be required.

Important: This license must be purchased in addition to the embroidery design file itself. A separate license is required for each individual design you plan to manufacture.

This license does not permit resale, sharing, redistribution, alteration, or digitization of the design file. All designs are original, hand-drawn artwork, and copyright remains exclusively with Cotton Stitch Designs. The license is non-transferable and tied to the company name provided at purchase.

If you purchase finished products made by a third party outside the United States for resale within the United States, you are responsible for securing the appropriate commercial license.

Discounts and promotions do not apply to commercial license purchases.
